Prior to meeting with Dr. Willsey I had seen another hand surgeon for consult. First doctor only does open carpel tunnel. I went to Dr. Willsey because of this reputation and the fact that he does laparoscopic carpel tunnel surgery. He explained everything I needed to know. Took all the time I needed to understand options etc..
Amazing staff
The receptionist was very rude, obnoxious when I called to find out if appointment was confirmed.
This was the first time that I've seen him.
All went well.
The staff is wonderful. The billing department sucks and the way Aurora does business is horrible. I feel sorry for the nursing staff and the doctors who have to work for Aurora!
Professional visit
Dr. Willsey is an excellent surgeon and I highly respect his opinion.
I was treated very well. It was interesting & good to witness the preparation for my surgery, etc, dressing with gowns & gloves.
