Everyone who was part of the care team, starting with the pleasant and efficient woman at the check in desk to the end of the appointment, were professional and kind.
Both the nurses and provider were very professional and friendly.
I can't put my finger on it but the whole experience seemed very unattached. Routine in a way that was cold. I don't want phony compliments on my hair or purse. Just genuine friendliness and compassion. This is so lacking today in healthcare.

Everyone's excellent there!! Every person I have seen there in the hospital for multiple procedures, is beyond outstanding!! I feel very lucky to have ALL OF THE PEOPLE THAT ARE HELPING ME! Even the people when I am just checking in. They need recognition also.

Thought the whole check in was cold not very friendly nurse stood with her back to me and never really turned except to tell me to take a different chair. Turned when telling me Dr. would be in shortly.
