To allow time for questions and concerns. It takes time to process the information. Perhaps allowing the medical professionals to have more time between patients may help.
The telehealth connection was not great as his voice kept going in and out, but I appreciated getting a telehealth visit vs having to drive over an hour to his office.
The entire team is excellent. However, my appointment started over an hour later than scheduled.

Dr. Wichman was very thorough. He explained all my medical issues in terms I was able to understand. Plus he has a wonderful sense of humor. I felt very at ease during the whole appointment.

It was a great visit. He made us feel informed and in the circle. Loved his humor and ability to make us feel at ease. We had an injection done and it was very professional and he talked with Ava the whole time. I love drs like this.
He and his staff were very familiar with my condition prior to treating me and offered me all of the possible alternatives and made a recommendations as to the best course of treatment. I felt all along that I was in the best hands and offered the best treatment
