You are asking questions that require a reply that do not pertain to the type of doctor visit I experienced. My skin doctor talks about goals as they pertain to my issues, not long term health....... Etc. Dr. Evans is a great doctor. I appreciate his level of care and concern that is not evident in all advocate doctors.
