Dr. Evans is always on time, efficient, friendly, listens and answers all questions. Always a positive experience.
Dr. Evans was patient and knowledgeable about my child's experience. I did not like the nurses giving me the duty of obtaining authorization from the insurance for treatment. I find this to be an unnecessarily difficult task since I must now play middle man when gathering information necessary to receive authorization, when a staff member would have the knowledge and information to preform said task independently.
