I strongly believe Advocate needs better top management there are no acceptable reasons why it should take almost a year to see your doctors. Don't doctors want to work there? Why have so many left? Why can't you hire more? Why is there only one doctor full time in Dermatology?

Seemed to take a long time in his waiting room before we could see him.

This was the first visit with the doctor.

Dr. Evans (a dermatologist) is the most punctual and thorough doctor that I visit. I don't visit him to talk about illness and accident prevention, I talk to him about prevention skin issues and care of my aging skin. He always asks if I am well and how I have been since my last visit. It is a pleasure to meet with him, even when I had a cancerous skin lesion. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and what we would do going forward. Excellent doctor.

The Aurora healthway facility had poor signage to check in . Especially the change since last visit 7 mos ago .
