It took me several weeks to get this work-in appointment. I felt as if the staff in Derm was not forwarding my message to the provider. However, Dr. Evans is wonderful in every way. Most of the support staff need additional education. They don't need to sing or belch into the phone as they are trying to find me an appt. Advocate Dreyer's service has considerably deteriorated over the last several years along with a decline in professionalism . However, because of the wonderful providers that are still there, I will continue to come to Advocate Dreyer.
