Excellent staff. Excellent podiatrist. Excellent service.

My appointment was scheduled at 10:45. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I finally was called into exam room approximately 11:15. Waited for at least 10 more minutes before a medical assistant came in. Then once she departed Dr. Larsen came in and once he was finished I had to wait another 10 or more minutes for assistant to bring in a referral request form for Therapy and prescription order confirmation. I finally departed the Aurora clinic at about 12:03. An hour and a quarter after my scheduled appointment. Thank you very much for a waste of my time sitting and waiting!

This was my first visit, so I was very impressed by their knowledge of my health. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Dr. Larsen has a very nice way with patients. He obviously cares about them very much. The only suggestion I would make is to find a way on your website to have a "practitioner locator". I had to call ahead of my appointment so that I went to the appropriate entrance of the 8400 Washington Ave facility.

Doctor was honest. He asked pertinent questions, explained current situation as defined by my discussion of my pain and as illustrated by most recent x-rays. Would truly highly recommend this doctor.

I would definitely come back if I had an issue!

Not my first visit to this provider I saw Dr Larsen when he was associated with Ascension and had an office in another place he moved to this office and I wanted to continue to see him because he's dealt with my foot problems before I am happy I could get in and he took x-rays and explain what was going on to my liking

When leaving the office, I felt everything had been handled in the best manner possible.
