I was impressed that they had something like this to treat incontinence

I felt like Dr.Gevelinger and his staff were not only concerned about my problem but were also letting me know it's going to be okay. Here are the different ways we can treat this problem to fix it, and I can choose which one works best for me.

We were frustrated with VRI system. It's not very dependable as we could not communicate thru VRI due to technical difficulties. From now on I want a live interpreter in our clinic instead of using VRI. That's not my first time to see this problems as it happens too often on my visits with different doctors. Thanks.

I was seen in a timely manner. I have important decisions to make in the future.
