Have appointment yearly

Due to transportation delays I was a little late for my appointment. I wasn't sure if I would be seen. I was just a little past their 10 minute grace time. After personnel spoke with PA he did see me. Also some of the notes on my app from visit are incorrect

I've seen Matt twice now and would highly recommend him as I feel he did not disregard any of my concerns which I totally appreciate as a newer patient. Very patient and understanding of my ideas and concerns.

It was good

Matt is full of relevant information and presents it in in clear and concise manner. He really is patient-centered.

-Easy to talk to. -Asked if I had questions. -Was interested in me as a person. -Very good experience.
