This was an unplanned visit that I made because of a new health condition. The appointment was attained swiftly with a very minimal waiting period. The doctor answered all my questions appropriately and completely to my satisfaction.
I do not like the fact that one cannot call a clinic directly. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with one's doctor now. I needed to clarify a direction on the procedure for taking a newly prescribed drug and I cannot get a hold of the doctor. Also, I sent a message through the Live Well app for a different reason and did not receive a response for 48 hours. I had to call to get a response. This new system is awful. Feel like the patient not in the clinic is an after thought.

Dr Schoeneich is great. I like her.
This physician made me feel comfortable and not anxious . She offered a radiology X-ray to be done which I did and learned a lot from that also. I would absolutely request her for either a follow up appointment or future exams .
