Good experience with new Doctor.
I have complete confidence in my Doctor .She takes the time to answer all my b questions and shes very knowledgable!
New patient. Thought she would have looked over health history before we came. Did not do a true physical in my option. Did not listen to heart, look in mouth, nose or ears. No check of reflex. Pushed on belly and asked if any pain. I had to get new prescription explained as there were doubles. Wrong compression device listed to get. Was suppose to be support/compression stockings. NOT knee compression sleeve. Never introduced herself. Upon exit just turned around and said nurse would be in with handicap form. Not real friendly.
I am a new patient with this provider. She was very knowledgeable and confident. I appreciate the way she listened to my specific concerns.
Records don't go from Aurora to My ThedaCare My Chart; always is message that there's communication problems; Aurora Hos. Records recently don't get on My Chart ThedaCare. Their records don't show recent E.G.D. at Aurora Med. Center G.I. Dept. etc.
I Can into the office and explained to the nurse what I was needing ( referrals) to 4 locations. I provided the places numbers and address through my live well app. I explained then to the doctor what I needed and advised I submitted all locations through my app. I got home and a few hours later I received a live well app message asking what I wanted to done with the referrals.
I felt very good leaving my appointment, I knew everything I needed to do to better my Heath
This is the first time I've seen her. My doctor in the same office was booked. It was a great experience to meet her and have her listen to me and treat my illness. Great experience! Except I have a sinus infection.
