My appointment was for 7am and I was told to arrive at the office at 6:45am however staff ignored me standing outside the door letting them know I was here for my appointment, a walk by person said doors won't unlock until 7am. Why am I asked to be at the office of my appointment at 6:45am if I couldn't even get in the door? My time is just as important/ valuable as anyone's.

Amazing doctor. My 1 room for improvement (for any doctor) is when I'm on time for my appointment only to wait 45 mins for the doctor. Communication with my doctor is great. She does not rush you, answers your questions, gives great medical advise and hears you out.
