West Allis Memorial needs a covered connection from Professional Building to the Lab for blood tests. I had to push my mother in a wheelchair outdoors during a thunderstorm to the lab. Needless to say we were drenched.

The tech that took my vitals and EKG wasn't very friendly and made me feel as though I was boring her and she didn't feel like doing her job. Kind of on the rude side.

The MA was quite removed from my visit. No eye contact, didn't tell me her name, mumbled instructions, never smiled. Almost rude.
