Mary was fine. My issue is that I was waiting in my car for 55minutes after I called to let them know I was in the parking lot. NO ONE called me in all that time. I was the one who called to see if I was forgotten. When you are sick and not feeling well you should NOT have to wait that long in your car or anywhere.

For me, Mary Mueller is a person who knows, very professional, she explained to me what she was doing. She examined me well, she took the necessary time with me, she talked to me, very human, that's how I like it, because it gives confidence and security, that they can help you, thank you for having her there.

the times i have visited including this last time staff is always talking about how busy they are. when i submitted my medical question on line the reply from the CMA included how busy and understaffed they are. both of my last two visits staff also commenting on how busy double booked etc. this is not the patient's problem and should not be discussed or brought up with the patient.
