Called the office as I was sick and they were able to get me in with Mary that afternoon. So pleased switch the response and staff

I would like to say that my care provider did listen to me however she didn't print my doctor's note before I left. She gave it to me in the portal, she did give me an antibiotic and Prednisone but I would have also liked a medroll dose pack for a fast acting cough suppressant. I did mention it but nothing really happened.

The Care Giver asked questions about why I was there. She went about looking at my history as to how it might apply to this visit. Explained the path forward to solving my health issues. Job well done.

My appointment was at 2:00 -- I arrived 15 minutes early as recommended. I was in the exam room quickly and saw the nurse. But then I sat on the exam table until 2:45 before the provider came in. This was way too long of a wait -- and it was just a quick "sorry for the wait" but acted like no big deal. This annoyed me to waste my time like that. It didn't even seem busy - no one in the waiting room.

Takes the time needed to address issues.
