I do not like the central call center. I want to talk directly to the receptionist. Last time i tried to call to leave a medication question to my provider I was on hold for 20 minutes. Driving to the location was faster to leave a message. This system is not an upgrade nor efficent!

This provider is fantastic. My original provider retired and I very happy with the choice I made.

Even though it was a very busy day, Mary took the time that I needed. I came home feeling that someone had listened to me.

She was pretty behind. I waited a half hour before I was called. I get 15 minutes but a half hour is a long time.
