I'm very appreciative of the care and treatment I received when I called for assistance. It was all handled in one day. The nurse and the PCP showed me genuine care and helped me.

As a first time patient at Aurora I would like to say this has been by far the best experience I have had & I am very please my the staff and health care team at Aurora. I made the switch from Ascension after experiencing too many issues. The only issue I had was the wait time. I waited 1 hour from the time I checked in and filled out paper work to the time I was actually seen by my new doctor. To be honest, the wait was worth it, because I had the best experience talking with my doctor and felt like she actually cared and took the time to get to know me and my needs as a patient. My doctor apologized for the long wait and explained this is very unusual and would not happen in the future. I appreciate the communication and transparency. I had such a great experience with the staff I even recommended the location to some of my friends.

Dr Dunkin is very compassionate and professional towards her patients and gives good helpful advice to me. I just love and appreciate her so much.
