My experience so far has been very enlightening and professional. My in office visit was quite thorough and subsequent follow-ups were all scheduled on that day. Very impressive given labs completed, Echo scheduled and two doctor referrals committed to within the next three weeks. Good job!
Explained why I was there and what needed to get done. Dr only cares about scheduling multiple appointments to get paid from the insurance. Did not care that I had to take time pff work to be at this appointment. I needed to get my papsmear done since it's has been years I have not gone. Had I know this was not going to bw done as per requested in my appointments. I would have found elsewhere to go. If not I should have been advised this dr only does 1 thing per appointment and would have wanted a pap done Insyead of a full physical check up. Was a waist of my time. Dr did not care about what I wanted done and how much I have to work. I work 6 days a week. Yall closed Sundays.

Mary Lloyd I'm sure is qualified for her position. However, she has no bedside manner and repeated to me multiple time that I should've gone to my rheumatologist and not my PCP for a concern I was asked to bring up to my PCP. Moving forward, since my concerns were not answered I will be looking for a new PCP with a different network. Thanks.
