This is my second appointment with Mary. For both appointments, she was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Wonderful "bedside manner."

Only my second visit. Sat in the room for 30 minutes after my appointment time with no communication. I understand stuff happens, but my time is also valuable. Hopefully it was just this time.

I have no complaints regarding the doctor who treated me, she was very clear and specific, as well as being very attentive to the questions I asked her.

Mary, NP, was great. Very thoughtful, caring, listened, spent time. The tech who checked me in was not friendly, didn't talk unless she absolutely had to. I was afraid I would be late for my appt, due to traffic. I called the office number to tell them I was coming and was delighted to have someone answer the phone and talk to me right away. If you have changed that answering service process, it is much improved!! Seriously, I usually have to wait 10 or more minutes before anyone answers the phone, and then they take a message!

I was a little anxious before my appointment, but after I visited with Mary, I felt relief. She answered my questions and helped me develop a plan.

Dr Lloyd was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and to be honest very nice. Not that she didn't provide me or know my file, this was the first time with her and she took the time to know who I am and make sure the file was correct. I wouldn't have had it any other way.

That they treat us faster especially when we have appointments.
