The problem was with no wheelchairs being available for someone who really can't walk. Maybe have some walkers available so people who need assistance can have it and the wheelchairs be left for the people who need them.

I have great confidence in this provider!

I don't expect an orthopedic office to discuss general health, etc. Am very happy with this office.

Your check in process is awful. Waiting 10 minutes to check in at desk! Line behind me was 6 deep. Needed to get xray and arrived 15 minutes early but ended up being late. Why is there a " pre-check in" process?
