I am very satisfied with the medical care and treatment I receive in this practice. Dr. Wrobel is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I do get very frustrated when I call the office with even a simple question. I think I'm talking to an answering service in Wisconsin. It's very impersonal. Using the portal does not help. I don't think anyone is looking at the portal.

Dr. Wrobel and his staff were most accommodating. The purpose of my appointment was to have Dr. Wrobel's approval for my upcoming surgery. The surgeon asked that I have an EKG and blood work done. The EKG was performed efficiently; Dr. Wrobel answered all my questions, and because the lab technicians were on their lunch break, he asked that a nurse perform the procedure in the exam room so that I would not have to wait which was most considerate of him and appreciated by me. He also addressed issues we discussed when I had my wellness check.

I was able to get an appointment with the doctor quickly. He listened to me and was very attentive. He ordered tests and scans to address the issue. And I was able to schedule appointments for scans etc. easily, as a follow up to my concerns. All tests normal. Peace of mind. Office also called to confirm test results.
