Fix the website so pictures of insurance cards can be uploaded more quickly. The approval process to update insurance information would benefit from a speedier process. The website is fairly slow in general.

My appointment was at 2:30 p.m. I didn't get called in until 2:58 p.m. I understand this happens with Dr. Baur because he is VERY thorough when I meet with him so I assume he is the same way with other patients. I'll gladly wait the extra 30 minutes because I like him so much. Other people may not, however. You have a great physician on your staff.

This was my first appt. with Dr. Baur and I found him to be very thorough, he went over everything with me and questioned me on things in my past history as well as going forward, very easy to discuss things with.

Dr. Baur was fantastic. His knowledge of the topic and solutions were extremely helpful.
