Dr Baur was the best. I felt totally comfortable with him.

Dr. Baur is attentive and listened to questions without seeming bothered by them. He is thorough and provides excellent feedback by explaining answers to questions in layman's terms lol. Great doctor, highly recommend!

The provider is amazing! Aurora policy and management of complaints creates frustration and belief that as a consumer of service your concerns are meaningless to the system. The only reason I stay with Aurora is because of the compassionate care of the provider.

Dr Baur is always very thorough, knowledgeable and talks to you in a way you can understand.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Baur. I am new to the area. He had no knowledge of my medical history because my history from a previous provider was not forwarded to Dr. Baur's office. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous.

I don't know why I had to give a 300 credit card charge before my visit when I have very good insurance that had No copay, that alone would make me look for new healthcare system. Hospital administration doesn't realize that you don't go because of the name but because of the doctor. I would like someone to explain why the credit card that would be pretty close to the entire bill for visit as it was not a complex visit
