I had a case of conjunctivitis and tried to do a video visit but was not allowed to do the visit. Because it was after hours, I called the answering service. The staff said they would have a nurse call. After an hour and a half with no call, I called back and left another message. I finally did a call back at 3:41 a.m. some 8 hours after I first called and well after I had gone to bed. This is not acceptable. Thank goodness Ms. Marta had an early opening and I was able to obtain treatment.

Marta was very attentive and helped ease my anxieties regarding a health concern. She's easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable.

I have only had Marta twice. The 2nd visit was the most interactive.
