We love Dr Valena!
Dr Valena is the best! She has been taking care of our boys for 15 years. She truly cares about her patients and is a wonderful doctor!!!
We love Doctor Valena. She is very caring, jolly, and comforting. We appreciate all of the advice she gives us and we are thankful she really shows care towards our baby girl.
Dr Valena is amazing she has been my kids pediatrician since they were born. She talks to me in terms I understand and really cares about my children. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The last couple years have been rediculous for the amount of time to wait for the doctor. At check in I was told the doctor was 45 minutes behind, it wasn't even 10:00am yet how can she be so far behind. The appointment was supposed to be 10:00 we got in a room about 10:45 and the doctor finally came in about 11:10 I am tired of the long wait times to even get into a room so I will be finding a different doctor to take my children to.
When you have a confirmed appointment you should not have to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor.
We were there for two hours. Dr Valena was somewhat timely. It took another hour to get shots and a vision test. Check ups should not take this long.
Dr Valena is amazing. Her staff is not so amazing. They put my child and her dad in a room and 30 minutes later I got a phone call asking me to call them and have them come out because they didn't know where they put them! Her staff used to be good but a new crew us in and they are not organized
Provider is great but the only thing is wait time to be seen. I had an appointment but still had to wait almost 1 hour to be seen. Wait time is way too long!
We love Dr Valena! She is the best and is so good with the kids! Wouldn't want anyone else for my son! I had her as a kid and now she has my son to take care of! Thank you for all you do!
