Dr. Tatara and his staff are always very attentive and helpful.

Dr Tatara is very compassionate, knowledgeable and is clear in his explanations. Always answers my question and will elaborate to make sure I understand what he is explaining. I never feel rushed and he always tells me to call the office if I have additional questions. He's the best!

So far I feel he is a good Doctor and I like him.

I was happy that my questions and concerns were answered. Also, I was able to get in to see Dr. Tatara quickly to address my illness. Dr. Tatara is very thorough, and I was able to talk to him directly about my test results immediately the next day when the results were available from the labs.

The doctor and clinical staff are great. I did have trouble making an appointment. I had one scheduled for 9:15 am but when I arrived it was not in the system. I was able to get one for 1:00 pm but had to come twice. I also had to upload my insurance information multiple times to make the appointment. There seem to be some software issues.

Since this request for a doctor was because of a suddenly developing condition, I was very happy to receive a quick response with a fairly soon appt to see the doctor.

Only negative was that once my appointment was over I had to wait in line downstairs to register for a lab kit.

Did not have to wait long.
