This was a Medicare wellness visit. I don't believe these have much value.

Dr Tatara and his staff are always caring and a helpful,polite and friendly most of all they are extremely professional.

I am brand new to this PCP so there have not been history established for the past 6 months ... however I had seen the Advocate Out-Patient at home after a fall and they DID assess and speak to me about those items.

The medical assistant for Dr. Tatara was really great she told me her name but I forgot it!

Always thorough and listens well.
