There was a wait seeing the doctor but his technician kept me well informed about what he was doing and approximately how long he would take to see me. I was very impressed and it helps to understand when he would be in. A lot of patients don't understand the wait otherwise.

Dr wichman mark is so nice he listens to u and he explains things very well that u can understand he doesn't seem to b in a hurry to get to next patient so he gives u time to ask questions and that's good I have had drs that seem not to care that much and that's not Dr wichman
