A referral to a nutritionist instead of a phone app would have let me know that my provider was taking more than just a passing interest in my health and wellbeing

The assistance the front-desk woman made to re-insert my insurance information as I have just gone on COBRA and Aurora had automatically deleted my insurance information without inquiry to me first. My construction employment occasionally subjects me to unannounced seasonal layoffs and I am not informed of my loss of insurance until an appointment or lab test comes along.

The provider is okay, I feel comfortable with him.

I trust Dr. Skier implicitly; I am so happy to have him as my primary physician, and recommend him to all. I also like the facility it feels homey and welcoming. I don't need a fancy building to inspire trust, and am glad it hasn't changed over the years. Please do keep it the same!
