Staff and doctor friendly, Felt very at ease

I was uncomfortable with the check in process, too impersonal. I felt like a number until I had contact with the MA.

It was a great comfort to know he could possibly provide a solution even though it is not 100 percent.

He did a great job explaining things. Made me feel more comfortable about going to have surgery
