The facility on Greenfield, was very up to date . I liked the way the waiting rooms are set up . Everything was done on a very professional and private level . He was very knowledgeable and helpful . They got me up to date on some shots and for up coming procedure . Nice job everyone.
I sat in my room waiting for the provider for over 30 minutes past my appointment time. This is not the first time this occurred in this office with previous providers. Its very frustrating to schedule an appointment at a specific time and then not have communication that a provider is running late.
