I'm going to do what the doctor told me and at the same time I think that he will be able to help me with my situation at least I'm hoping that he can thank you

He is a professional, very knowledgeable about his work.

The doctor is excellent at his profession; however, the people hired at the front desk need more training. Every time I call for an appointment, they are insulted and ask me to wait three months before seeing the doctor. But if I ask for the nurse, the doctor can see me the next day. Perhaps those are the instructions they get, but there are kinder ways to communicate. Also, they talk in Spanish about other people saying "esta vieja" which is insulting to Mexican culture.

Dr. Was great. Very clear, to the point and informative. I did have to wait a while. Staff was great. Only observation is to trust the on line system. No reason to fill out additional manual forms. Use Epic for medical history and insist that patients routinely review for accuracy. One source of data.

I had a horrible time bc you can only use the restroom in the doc's office, not in the registration area. i told the receptionist in the dr's office (after i went to the bathroom) that i had to go back down to the 1st floor to register for my appointment and she didn't say anything. i didn't need to register on the 1st floor! so i used the elevator 3 times before my visit. by then i was mad.

I liked the physician's approach- very approachable and open to listening and appeared receptive to a collaborative way to work with others. The office / medical staff were also friendly and helpful. The office was very prompt and efficient.
