Very professional & fully answered my questions.
I felt that the Dr. needed to talk about my over all health not just one aspect. I felt he needed more information about my past medical issues, that may pertain to the current status. he needed to get to know me. One appointment doesn't do that. In this case I have two tests coming up and no idea for follow up except for an appointment in 6 months.
Care team made me feel good about steps needed for me medical care.
The system of carrying a tag down a cold hall and walking into a dark exam room is cringe worthy. We aren't cattle. The lack of personal contact in a sterile environment is very off putting and as no one really likes going to the doctor, the experience does nothing to ensure confidence or comfort. Your nurses don't like it either, by the way. Again, we are not cattle to be herded to health CARE.
Dr Kaeppler and his nurse treated me with care and concern. Extremely helpful.
I waited 30 minutes to get in and saw the Doctor for 10 minutes! Since this was the first visit to a cardiologist, I was expecting more time with him..
Dr Kaeppler is never on time. For this apportionment it was over 40 minutes past my scheduled time before I saw Dr Kaeppler
I could not be more satisfied with the quality of care I received. My cardiologist and his nurse have only been kind and respectful to me!
Dr. K, Is always calming and caring and he escorts you out to make the next appointment I really appreciate that extra step in care
