Medical assistant had very rude and scarf like she didn't want to be bothered

Such a positive experience! He was thorough and straightforward in explaining everything to me. He recommended a plan of care and gave great reasoning for it. Left visit feeling heard, confident that he has my best interest in mind, and with sense of peace.
