Mark was very thorough in explaining everything that will be involved with having carpel tunnel surgery. He also answered all of my questions, as well as my husband's questions. We left feeling extremely good with how my visit went.

This appointment was a followup after carpal tunnel surgery, so there would be no reason for other conversation or health care. I was 100% satisfied.

Every health care provider is excellent and I am so happy to have them working in the hospital in Hartford. We need more people like this to continue to make this hospital available for this location.
