Love Mark's personable approach. During the office procedure (aspiration) he asked numerous times if it was painful. His priority was to ensure I was not in pain. Very much appreciated it.
Dr Salisz (spelling) is very thorough when he has seen me. He is very nice to deal with. Some of your survey questions don't pertain to this visit.
I would absolutely recommend everyone with any problems to Mark Salisz. He was VERY nice and really explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He gave me next steps towards a solution if his treatment plan dies not resolve the issues with my finger. He did not pressure me into treatment that was not needed. I greatly appreciate the time he took to treat my injury.
They were very professional and caring!
First time I saw him and I was very impressed
I waited for about 40 minutes after being called into a room by a nurse. She was very friendly and went over my info and said the PA would be in shortly. 40 minutes later and no one even checked in on me or explain they were running behind schedule. After the PA finally came in I got an extremely unprofessional response of "my bad" for an excuse. It was recheck and was only a 5 minute appointment. I could have been done and home by the time I was actually seen (I live a half hour away). I also want to mention the room I was put into looked like a glorified storage room. It was cluttered and had obviously equipment in it that was not in use. Also, there was an electric fry pan that looked to be left over for the last employee potluck. Remember that I had 40 minutes to look at all this. I have never had an experience like this with Aurora. I was disappointed in the care level.
The physician Assistant was very knowledgeable/ friendly.
Care was great, procedure not so much
I am very satisfied
Mark was attentive and listened to what I said, and provided a medical solution as well as suggestions for possible future solutions.
