Use the livewell app, for important changes to my visit. Give a direct line phone number (to your doctors nurse desk) instead of the general number, speak slowly when giving the phone number. Do not leave voice mail messages for important changes (Use the livewell app)-sends an email!....voice mail message sent does not mean message received. Thank You
