Both the doctor and the nurse seem focused on just one topic and didn't care about anything else that I had to say or ask. They explain things quickly and just for focused on that issue. They did a good job at what they do just I wish I had some where I was able to get other answers to the questions that I had.

I went to the wrong location, by accident. It was 100% my fault, yet the office in Summit called Mayfair and they agreed to see me as soon as I could get there. I VERY MUCH appreciated the office staff and doctor being willing to squeeze me in. (At another HC system my apt was booked at the wrong location, through their fault, yet they refused to see me!)

Very willing, caring and helpful as a team in providing continued health care.

Dr. Hermanoff was fantastic. He listened to my needs, and quickly provided a treatment plan. He answered all of my questions. His office called me quickly to schedule a follow up appointment for testing. His staff was wonderful as well when scheduling my next appointment. I would highly recommend him.
