I saw this provider as a specialist. It would be inappropriate for someone from the office to talk with me about diet and excersize.

Dr Hermanoff and his nurse are so friendly they listen and make you feel important and never rush you.

The staff & provider were all very kind, patient, & my appointment was completed incredibly quickly. Although I didn't feel unwelcome or like a nuisance, I did feel somewhat rushed in my time with the provider. This isn't to say Dr. Hermanoff was impolite, just that I was expecting to give more details related to my chief complaint & he seemed satisfied with less than that. I only wish there was a specialist closer to me - I traveled a total of 2 hours round trip by bus to have an appointment last less than an hour!

Dr. Hermanoff had prepared well for our virtual visit. He knew my problem; he knew my history. He listened attentively and developed a treatment plan. I was very grateful for the time and for the guidance. all office staff with whom I interacted to set up the appointment and to ask questions before my visit were very helpful, courteous, and encouraging. Dr. Hermanoff is a skilled and caring doctor!!! I am more than happy that he is caring for me and keeping me informed regarding my varied insect allergies. Dr. Hermanoff is thoughtful, and deeply concerned about my allergies with bees, wasps and other nasty insects. I feel very secure in his care!!!!
