This was my 1st visit with this provider. I transferred my care from a Duly provider from recommendations from family and friends. I gave access to My chart with Duly so he could see my medications and labs. I would not expect the doctor to know my medical history until we discussed at this appointment. I forgot to let him know I needed a colonoscopy at the appointment and sent a my chart message and the nurse answered right away. I really glad I switched providers.
