Provider was late, but I understand and do not hold that against her. I GREATLY appreciate the time it takes to answer patients questions. Not a problem at all.

The staff that I had contact with for my appointment were very professional and courteous. I was called back on time for my appointment and the technician checked all of my information and vitals . While I had to wait for a short time for Marissa, I think I knew the reason why. She spends a little more time with a patient as a person, rather than an object on a production line. The personal level she displays with me makes me feel that my conditions and myself are extremely important to her. She answers any and all questions that I may have. She is a great nurse practitioner and a wonderful part of your hospital staff.
