The facility was clean and well appointed. Staff was very courteous and welcoming, beginning at reception and in doctors office. A very good experience.

It is very easy to talk to Dr. F. She is very open and candid. She answers all my questions and I feel very confident in the plan of care, moving forward.

Dr Marissa Falkiewicz was not someone who I would see again. She did not seem knowledgeable in her field. She had to look up an over the counter medication I mentioned I used for treatment that is related to her specialty. She googled the medication in front of me and mentioned she had not heard of it. As a female needing to see a urologist, it is difficult to find a female urologist in the Aurora system. Unfortunately, I will need to find another doctor as I did not like Dr Falkiewicz. In addition, she made me feel like I didn't need to see her even tho I have acute episodes of a urinary disease and was referred by my OBGYN. Overall my only bad experience at Aurora and it ranked 0 out of 10.
Very kind and professional. From the front desk staff to the doctor, everyone was very nice and I left there knowing what our plan for my health care is and feeling very comfortable with it.
Dr was wonderful! Friendly, welcoming and listened to my concerns. Kept a nice focus on next steps and communicates in an understandable way. Calming and reassuring. Home run!!
