Great ENT group at the Elkhorn, WI clinic.

The only thing I didn't appreciate was the pre-checkin experience online. It was requesting that I pay over $200 when I know that I only have a co-pay. It was confusing and frustrating.

Great experience. Im glad I was able to see this physician so quickly.

Dr.Le is wonderful and so is her nurse. Nice to visit a dr. And also feel very comfortable with the nurse and staff as well.

The healthcare provider I seen was an ear specialist. I would recommend her to anybody that has an earache. I thought she was caring and efficient about my care.

When I originally set up my appointment I was informed that the doctor was booked two months out, which was shocking! I made the appointment anyway and was placed on the "cancellation call list". One week later I received a call that there was a cancellation and I was able to get in to see the physician within the next two days! This made me very happy. Good job. Secondly, I do not know nor was I instructed what to do if the condition persists. Am I to make another appointment with the physician's office (ENT)? I assume so. Lastly, I was not informed what the cost of the procedure was going to be as a pre-requisite to the visit. Presently I'm awaiting an invoice and not sure what to expect.
