This was my first visit with Dr Le and her staff. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Dr. Le was wonderful with my son! We felt like she listened well, addressed all concerns and we never felt rushed.

Understanding. Professional.

Staff was professional and friendly. My exam was supposed to be a hour and 1/2 which took less than an hour. They were positive and supportive of my medical condition.

She is very kind and gentle. She does seem to care. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that has an ear nose and throat problem. She encouraged me to return for a further evaluation in six months. The follow-up visit will be to make sure that my problem has not returned .

I always have a great experience with everyone at that location, from the lady who checked me in, to the audiologist and then the doctor. It all goes smoothly and they are all friendly and professional.
