This doctor is the best. I do not like the change to a call center to make appointments. I want to talk to people who work at that specific office.

Okay, I've been a customer for many years, but I disagree with the practice of calling me in with the doctor at 11:20 if my appointment was at 12:40. I had to wait an hour for service, but if I arrive 20 minutes late, I'm denied service. This doesn't seem right to me, and I'm very upset about it. Thank you. Please improve your attention.
