Not only did Dr. Dauenhauer and her staff see me promplty, but Dr. Dauenhauer took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with information that I could take action on to maintain my health. I appreciated both the information and the level of care that I received during my visit.

Dr Dauenhauer is a very good Dr. She listens and helps and offers help between appts. If I have any problems to call. Kind, compassionate and not judging anytime I have seen her.

I was very happy with this doctor and will see her again! But please consider having some dermatologist's that see patients for minor concerns (only). I scheduled a skin scan so I knew that would take over most of my visit but in the past (with a DIFFERENT doctor) my minor concerns were met with some abruptness. I realize dermatologists are so busy with skin cancer (rightfully so) so to come in with a minor issue can take up precious time. It would make sense to have a dermatologist that takes only skin issues (rashes, inflammation etc).
If scheduling requests I be there 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment, it would be helpful if the staff were also there and doors unlocked. I had to wait until 3 minutes before my appt. The receptionist was short with her requests and mumbled - hard for older people. Dr. and staff were very friendly and informative although I didn't understand why I got descriptions of my moles etc. but she chose not to take care of them?? didn't have time to ask because the appt. was rushed as all appointments feel now a days.
Wonderful group, I am very thankful to have them for my health care team.
Dr. D. is very pleasant and easy to talk to. She seems genuinely concerned about my skin problems and keeps me informed of new or updated cures. I feel comfortable at my appointment.
