Thank you to all medical professionals involved for a positive experience. Would suggest training session for non-professional receptionists. I find them to be brief and abrupt in their interaction with clients . For example, clients may have impaired hearing yet reception staff made no attempt to speak louder despite being informed of a problem. Perhaps the lighting and acoustics in the lobby also contribute to a less than welcoming initial opinion.

After 25 minutes waiting in my room I got dressed and left
