Well, I must tell you that I'm an older person, and therefore, throughout my life, I've seen many medical professionals. But Dr. Cabiya: she listens to you, explains the problem you have and the treatment she'll give you. She puts you at ease and gives you the confidence to talk about your problem. Something that's difficult to achieve these days. The only thing that bothered me was that I called in June and they scheduled me for an appointment in October. I think it was many months. But I still waited until October, even though at home they told me to find another doctor. But as I repeat, the doctor is a good professional, and if I changed, I probably wouldn't find a professional of her caliber. In my opinion, four months is a long wait; it's like the public hospitals that schedule appointments like that. I have no complaints about my medical care, just a long time waiting for an appointment.
The care provider was great I have been going there for years. The only negative experience was the front desk they were extremely rude to other customers and made the wait very uncomfortable
I think it's great that you provide security on all the floors for the medical staff. While I was there there was a problem with a patient's boyfriend basically and it was nice to know that everybody would be protected.
Dr Cabiya is so caring, professional and very knowledgeable about my health and plans forward. Dr took the time with me for all my questions
I was definitely very happy wend I left Dr office! She explained everything ! She was very professional and she gave very good instructions off what to do next! Love the facility! Thank you!
Regarding the question about timeliness of getting an appointment; my answer reflects the fact that you need to call at least 4 months in advance of the date you want in order to have any chance of getting it. I'm not exactly sure why, however I believe it's because she is so popular and a terrific Doctor!
dr cabiya is very nice and caring doctor. like her a lot and would go back to see her again.
She created a good rapport and was a good listener. She seemed to be well-versed in perimenopause/menopause and could clearly explain treatment options. She was apologetic for having me wait 45 minutes but for a 10a appt seemed off to be that behind do early in the day. I appreciate she did not rush through the visit even though she was behind.
Dr. Cabiya is wonderful! She clearly cares about her patients, is very attentive, listens well, considered all possible causes, and explains next steps in layman's terms. She is a gem. I'm lucky to have found her.
Very good service.
