Very friendly staff. Most helpful answering my questions. Dr.'s exam very thorough explained skin condition and advised solutions to help with skin problems.

The visit with Dr. Junck was very good, she was so attentive and she made me feel very comfortable. The nurse that was assisting her was very nice also.
The nurse was also on top of her game. When I provided preexamination questions they were relayed to the Dr. and were addressed when appropriate during the examination.
Although the appt was fine, it Seems med hurried as I was the last appointment and she was running about 50 mins behind for the day. I was not able to schedule future appointment after due to the office desk closing at 5:00. I would have appreciated a text relaying the delay of scheduled and that I would rush to an appt to sit for almost an hour. Perhaps aurora would have this platform available to it's providers to communicate unusual delays with appointment times.
